Hi, I’m Himani – I study Accounting & Finance at the University of Bristol. When I was in Year 12, I was a mentor for GCSE Maths students and I thought of being a Maths tutor when I started uni. I started tutoring in April 2023 and it is great teaching students, and seeing them understand the maths concepts, which they had trouble with makes me feel proud, which is why I enjoy tutoring. I never had a tutor before and wished that I did so helping these young kids at Maths makes me feel happy, knowing I am able to support them.

About Me:
I am a huge fan of Korean series and Korean music so I really want to go to South Korea after I graduate. Apart from this, I really love spending most of my time with my nephews and niece, who are so adorable although it is hard to spend time with them now that I have started university.
What I love about Bristol
Clifton has to be my favourite place in Bristol, seeing the Clifton Village and the Clifton Suspension Bridge is amazing especially when I’m going out with my friends. I also love the City Centre as whatever you need, you will find it there and it is a 10 minutes walk from where I live so I go to this place quite often. Lastly, as a uni student, seeing lots of Wetherspoons is really nice because it’s cheaper than other pubs.
